If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund (if applicable) or store credit (less shipping and handling costs).
- Final Sales - All items marked as Clearance/Promotion are final. Final Sale items CANNOT be returned.
- To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, merchandise must be returned with tags and sanitary liner in fact and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Any item that is damaged or soiled cannot be returned.
- Refunds are accepted for items returned within 15 days of delivery date. Items returned between 16-30 days are accepted for store credit only. Any item returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
If you would like to make a return, we strongly recommend that packages sent to us be sent via traceable/insured delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received by us. Please complete the return & exchange form on the reverse of the invoice.
Qingoo does not offer free return shipping back to our facility unless in the cases of defects. We will gladly accept the return of new/unused merchandise within 15 days of your receipt. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling as soon as we receive the merchandise in saleable condition.
We suggest placing a new order and making a return, rather than wait for the exchange process, as items sell out quickly and stock cannot be guaranteed.
